A Message from Pastor Tim: Continuing Our Journey Together

 

Dear Agape Sozo Family,

 

It has been a few days since we announced that Fanny and I will be stepping down as your Pastors. We know change can be difficult, especially if you have grown in your walk with the Lord here. You might feel sad, disappointed, or uncertain about the future. Please be reassured that God loves Agape Sozo and He will not let you down.

 

While Fanny and I are stepping aside from leadership, we will remain connected to the church to provide ongoing oversight and encouragement. Furthermore, our founding members and church board will continue providing the same prayerful leadership they always have.

 

Welcoming Our New Pastors 

 

The church board and I are thrilled to announce our next Pastors: Bobby and Darlene Sutton from Prescott Valley, Arizona.

​

• Shared Roots: Like us, they are members of ARMI through Andrew Wommack Ministries and share a like-minded approach to teaching.

• Complementary Gifts: Bobby is a musician who will lead worship. Darlene brings a passionate heart for children’s ministry and a strong background in finance.

• Strong Partnership: Their deep unity in marriage and ministry immediately stood out to Fanny, myself, and the board.

 

While they will not be exactly like us, we truly believe they will take this church even further than we have.

 

Next Steps & Timeline

• This Coming Sunday: Come meet Pastors Bobby and Darlene in person during our regular service!

• The Transition: It will take a few weeks for them to officially relocate to the area. We are praying for a quick, smooth passing of the torch.
